In today's episode (People Pleasing and Appeasing Part 2)
you will learn the  techniques on how to stop yourself from the 
Quick Reflex on people pleasing and appeasing. 

Expect to have some insights and connections on how to begin learning, growing, and changing from people pleasing and appeasing into making decisions that will empower you as an individual creating a decrease of anxiety and depression. 

I will give you an approach on different ways to say NO to the people that matter the most. 

You will get information on the reasons why people tend to gravitate and remember the negative experiences easier than the positive experiences. Then you will gain a strategy on how to experience positive experiences and have them stay longer in the long term memory to decrease your anxiety or depression symptoms.

You will learn additional insight on advantages and disadvantages of people pleasing and appeasing. Some benefits in learning on how to manage your people pleasing and appeasing would be:

  1. Allows you to receive into yourself what you long for
  2. Allows you to dwell in that positive state of being what you want
  3. Increase development of mindfulness 
  4. Treating yourself with importance
  5. Help yourself in becoming who you really want to be
  6. Grow and meet your own needs rather than turning to other’s for fulfillment 
  7. (become less needy)
